We are thrilled to highlight Ms. Yasaman Alidadi, a Master’s student and NSERC CREATE program supported HQP, who is featured in the MUN Gazette for her work on advancing greener health care.
As part of Quality of Care NL, Ms. Alidadi is contributing to meaningful change in Newfoundland and Labrador’s health care system—helping to eliminate desflurane, a potent greenhouse gas used in anesthesia, and supporting broader initiatives on energy efficiency and food waste reduction in hospitals.
Her interdisciplinary work reflects the PEOPLE Network’s commitment to developing HQP who drive innovation and sustainability across sectors.
