Dr. Jianbing Li is a professor and professional engineer in the School of Engineering at the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC). He is the inaugural Chair of the Northern British Columbia Section of Canadian Society for Civil Engineering (CSCE). Dr. Li was named a CSCE Fellow in 2022.
The Engineering Institute of Canada (EIC), founded in 1887, honored the winning recipients of its 2024 senior engineering awards and fellowship inductees at an in-person Gala Banquet on April 20, 2024.Dr. Li is induced 2024 EIC Fellow by the Council of the Institute in recognition of his excellence in engineering and services to the profession and to society.
