Call for Abstract: First Virtual Atlantic and Eastern Canadian Symposium on Water Quality Research, November 1-3
The symposium is co-hosted by the Canadian Association on Water Quality (CAWQ) and PEOPLE Network. It is to bring together professional, young researchers, and students in diverse fields of water quality management and research to present achievements and innovations in science, engineering, and policy, and further the exchange of information for public benefit between universities, consultants, industry, and government in Canada and worldwide. Challenge Programs – National Research Council Canada
National Research Council Canada (NRC) is partnering with private and public sector, academia and other research organizations to advance transformative, high-risk, high-reward research that address Canadian priorities. The Government of Canada has provided $150 million over 5 years to fund NRC researchers and their innovative partners from post-secondary institutions and businesses on multi-party research and development (R&D) programs. An additional $15 million in funding will address R&D needs in the fight against COVID-19.
